DACA Plaintiff

Home is where we love and learn. It’s where we stumble and grow and it is where we stand up for what is right. Join the fight to help defend DACA and the 11 million undocumented immigrants.

More than two years ago, the Trump Administration illegally terminated DACA. On November 12, the Supreme Court will hear opening arguments on the future of the program.

The DACA program has been tremendously successful offering temporary protection from deportation and the ability to work legally to more than 700,000 young people, benefiting DACA recipients, their families, as well as our communities. We need to send a message to the Supreme Court: DACA recipients’ #HomeIsHere and the justices can be on the right side of history. A final decision will be reached between January and June of 2020 and it is critical to keep our families together.

Martin, Dulce, Norma, and Carolina are DACA recipients and Supreme Court plaintiffs fighting for what they know is right. Stand with them as they show the justices why their #HomeIsHere.
